[State Invariant:006]: Reorder a State Invariant

It SHALL be possible to reorder the state invariant (change the fragment order) by dragging it to a new location along the lifeline while holding the ctrl key. The state invariant will be removed for its current location, any gap left will closed, the state invariant will be inserted at the target location and place it will be made for it by shifting down the fragment that follows.
