[State Invariant:005]: Move a State Invariant

Description
It SHALL be possible to move the state invariant without change the fragment order by dragging it to a new location along the lifeline. This new location is constrained in it upper limit by the location of the previous fragment.
Fragment following the state invariant should be shifted down by an equivalent distance.
