[Combined Fragment:034]: Move messages or fragments out of an interaction operand

It SHALL be possible to move a message or fragment out (reorder) from an interaction operand.

The message or fragment, its message ends, its related fragments and its related elements, are removed from the interaction operand, and inserted in the target location. The gaps left, are closed, the operand and combined fragment size may be reduced, and following fragments along the lifelines inside the operand are shifted up. Place for the group is made in the target location.
