[Combined Fragment:033]: Move messages or fragments into an interaction operand

It SHALL be possible to move a message or fragment into (reorder) an interaction operand only if its message ends, and any related fragment are located on lifelines covered by the interaction operand.

The message or fragment, its message ends, its related fragments and its related elements, are removed from their current location, and inserted in the operand. The gaps left, are closed, and place for the group is made in the interaction operand, resizing the operand and combined fragment, and shifting down following fragments along the lifelines.
