[Combined Fragment:023]: Covered lifelines

A combined fragment may extend over several lifelines, covering some of them but not all. The lifelines body lines SHALL be visible crossing the combined fragment when the lifeline is covered, and it SHALL not be visible when the lifeline is not covered.

The combined fragment will occupy the area that extends from the left side of the most left covered lifeline to the most right covered lifeline. As stated above, the combined fragment can extend over non-covered lifeline that happen to be located between two covered lifelines.
