As an admin, I want to edit the project leaders

Upon logging in as an admin, I will have access to an admin dashboard.

I can navigate to and see the list of every projects.
I have the possibility to create a new project if needed specifying only the project name.

Then, I can navigate to a specific project and see the list of project leads defined in this project.
I can there remove a user from the list by selecting the user and clicking on a 'remove' button.
I can also add a new user to the list by clicking on a 'add' button and selecting a user from the existing list.
