Description
The results of #313 ended up with some solid contributions to the V8 project by @matiwinnetou at [https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/593309/13/include/v8.h#2787](https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/593309/13/include/v8.h#2787). Once this contribution makes it into a V8 release that we can consume, we should be sure to use this API in J2V8.
