Description
To me it seems that org.eclipse.xtext.xbase can be used at runtime without org.eclipse.xtend.lib.annotations.*, therefere I suggest in
org.eclipse.xtext.xbase/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF:Require-Bundle: to make org.eclipse.xtend.lib optional.
This will allow applications, utilizing XBase, not skip the distribution of org.eclipse.xtend.lib-2.41.0.jar, if it makes sense in the concrete case.
