Description

Check if we can use and profit from atomic marker creation in validation and generation
e.g.

https://git.eclipse.org/r/c/jdt/eclipse.jdt.core/+/176167/4/org.eclipse.jdt.core/model/org/eclipse/jdt/internal/core/builder/JavaBuilder.java

requires core.resources 3.14 / 2021-03. maybe we cant detect which version we have.

in the bigger project i have seen max times of about 2s for DerivedResourceMarkers. MarkerCreator was only a few ms.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the validation and generation paths that create DerivedResourceMarkers and the MarkerCreator entry point. Compare them with the linked JavaBuilder example and check whether the available core.resources version can support atomic marker creation. Done means documenting feasibility, version-detection constraints, and any measured performance benefit.
