Description
[Xbase] Xcore-Java-Changes are not considered as derived by DeltaConverter
cause the xcore file is inside the model folder and not a source folder
and thus not a visible container.
see org.eclipse.xtext.common.types.ui.notification.DeltaConverter.isDerived(String, IJavaProject)
this leads to the xtext builder seeing java changes it caused itself.
=> it will be built at least twice.

Research direction
Start with org.eclipse.xtext.common.types.ui.notification.DeltaConverter.isDerived(String, IJavaProject) and inspect how the model folder is handled when Xcore-Java changes are classified. Verify the Xtext builder no longer treats generated Java changes as new source changes and rebuilds them twice.
