Description

There doesn't seem to be a way to do this in the new IDE API. This was possible in the old UI API since the issue/diagnostic was a parameter for the AbstractDeclarativeQuickfixProvider methods and could be captured in the modification closure instead of having an explicit argument for of the modifications method.

Research direction

Start by comparing the new IDE API with the old UI API, focusing on AbstractDeclarativeQuickfixProvider and how issue or diagnostic data reaches modification closures. Done means quick-fix labels can be generated dynamically from the relevant issue or diagnostic context.
