The Xtext marketplace entry is referring to the composite site https://download.eclipse.org/modeling/tmf/xtext/updates/composite/marketplace/
This site has to be updated when a release is deployed.
- Add this step to Builds.md
- Update sign-and-deploy job to perform this automatically
