Description
Threre's a new performant JS/TS analyzer that implements LSP and covers both linting and formatting in a single swift pass (more than one order of magnitude faster, because it's written in Rust).
It still has some way to go before being considered mature, but it is already useful as it is.
Can you please integrate it?

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating how WWD integrates external JavaScript and TypeScript language tooling and LSP services, then define the required Rome.tools integration points. Done should mean Rome.tools is integrated into WWD for its supported linting and formatting capabilities.
