Item stock exchange not working

## Description

The exchange of Stock Information does not work as expected

## Current behavior

When stock information for an inbound material is requested, the partner returns stock information for the outbound direction instead and vice versa.

## Expected behavior

When requesting stock information for a material in a given direction the partner should deliver the stock information for that direction.

## Steps to reproduce the Bug

Using the refresh button on the dashboard, stock or material details view will update the reported stock data to the wrong values.
