[OSim KIT] Registration

### Description
The OSim Kit currently doesn't have any guidance for EDC registration of the Backend API. This is a problem because without properties, a consumer has no means to discover the OSim datasets in a catalog. I think there's even something in the standard that should be reflected and elaborated upon here in the kit.
