Inform KIT Owner to Update Standard Links

### Description

With R24.05, a new library has been introduced to manage standards in the Catena-X Association. Consequently, all links to the standards have changed. As a result, all KITs owners must be informed to promptly update the links in their KITs to the updated standards.

### Acceptance Criteria

- [ ] Issues with instruction for each KIT created
- [ ] Issues to respective KIT owner assigned
