Investigate, if static assets can be moved to external repository

## Description

In order to improve website builds, we want to try moving static assets to a dedicated repository and reference them via external URL. We already have a repository, that could be used for that: https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/eclipse-tractusx.github.io.largefiles

## Things to consider/check

- Is this approach actually improving build time (since static assets are only copied to output dir)
- Can this work with page versioning
- Do we need to adjust something regarding legal/license attribution
