docs(tutorials): Adopt E2E Journey Prerequisites section to include DTR requirements

### Description

Part of #728

As a user of the new E2E Adopter Journey tutorials including the DTR, I want to have a clear description of all the steps and checks to successfully deploy and run all required components in my local setup.
Implement changes where necessary to the existing prerequisites of the E2E Adopter journey to also cover DTR requirements.
