DCM KIT Update: Collaborative Demand and Capacity Management

Because CX 0128 is the “home” of DCM collaboration, this extension (the new standard) should be included as an official add on module in the Tractus X DCM KIT (2 Standards --> 1 KIT)

### Description
**As a adopter (both User and Application Service Provider),
**I want to understand, integrate (app provider) or use (user) the new tbd standard CX-0XXX - Demand and Capacity Management: Capacity Group Collaboration Contact List Data Exchange v1.0.0 (DRAFT). Therefore I need all integrated in the DCM KIT in a new section called "Collaboration"
**so that I can understand the benefits of the new standard, get an idea of how to implement it and gain inspiration on user-benefiting new features based on it.

- Updated sections of the DCM KIT
- dedicated chapter “Collaboration Contact List (CapacityGroup)”
- Updated DCM KIT Glossary
- Updated DCM KIT Dependency (updated cx-0128 picture; added new standard picture)
- Updated DCM KIT Q&A

### Additional Information
Because CX 0128 is the “home” of DCM collaboration, this extension should be included as an official add on module in the Tractus X DCM KIT:
• As a dedicated chapter “Collaboration Contact List (CapacityGroup)”
• With an explicit Q&A entry and implementation checklist aligned with the DCM API patterns (payload envelope, 15 MiB, ignore unknown fields, changedAt rules).
