TD 1.1 and Bindings Compliance

Need to analyze the code to find what are the mismatches. Some from quick analysis and prior discussions:

- [ ] Subprotocol behavior for request-response in MQTT and Zenoh: Can be fixed here or bindings
- [ ] Wrong context URI
- [ ] Missing operations (although not a real problem)
- [ ] Not compliant to new CoAP binding
- [ ] Not compliant to new MQTT binding terms?

Let's keep this list and maybe we should open issues separetely for each
