OpenTelemetry Usage in test-things and node-wot

We should add a tracing method to the test-things which can leverage opentelemetry. We should evaluate the differences to what we already use (Loki at [one Thing](https://github.com/eclipse-thingweb/test-things/blob/main/things/calculator/http/express/http-simple-calculator.js#L33)). Then, how it can be used with node-wot should be demonstrated in an example script (optionally extending node-wot).
