Description
Whenever someone asked for documentation about node-wot, I used to direct them to the Scripting API specification (to the working draft mostly). However, now it is getting difficult since even the Working Draft is ahead by almost 1 year. I know that _I_ can direct people to the previous version but it is not possible for an outsider to know that. I think we need a couple of things:
1. The Readme should point to a specific version. The part I mean is the following:
2. `package.json` should have this information as well. Ideally, in the releases as well.
3. (more optional) A bit like an implementation report, why not listing what implementations support the current version of the spec?
