Update folder structure for the package `examples`

General comment. At the moment we have the following folder structure for the package `examples`
* `bindings` ... okay
* `scripts` ... contains most of our "starter" things. Anyhow, name is somewhat not very descriptive ...
* `security` ... okay
* `testthing` ... does it deserve its own folder?
* `quickstart` ... to come

Having said that, I think we can think about better restructuring the folder. What are your thoughts? What are proposals?
e.g.,

- bindings
- general _// better name needed?_
- counter
- countdown
- smart-coffee-machine
- testthing
- quickstart
- security
