Need to increate the quality of the time module. For that several actions needs to be done:
- fix the SCA issues (from previous task) in each component (the actual issue level to be fixed - tbd, no need to fix everything)
- encrease the coverage value at least up to 90%/90%.
- support the clang-tidy verification
