[Contribution Request] Modification for Cross-VM One-Way Sharing & Streaming

This is the call for contribution for the feature modification on [Inter-process Communication](https://eclipse-score.github.io/score/main/features/communication/ipc/index.html).

**Acceptance criteria:**
- [ ] All contributions are announced 1 week prior to the workshop
- [ ] Contribution is made available as a PR to the [repo](https://github.com/eclipse-score/communication), including a summary of the contribution with the following information:
- High-level architecture of the implementation
- Relation to the goals defined in the feature request
- [ ] Per contribution a 30 min pitch is held during the workshop
- [ ] Consensus on contribution is reached within 4 weeks after the pitch (fallback voting by TLs afterwards)
