Description

Progress SCRC guidelines so they can be used in S-CORE.

Decide if we can interactively, ie every month, bring their content to S-CORE to not produce long gap and be up to date.

The SCRC created a long list of rules which would be relevant for Rust language (by comparing other programming languages rules lists): S-CORE could contribute to this by detailing these rules for Rust language (based on the "link to MISRA" list) - see https://github.com/Safety-Critical-Rust-Consortium/safety-critical-rust-coding-guidelines/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20state%3Aopen%20label%3A%22guideline%20needed%22
But first this list and what was already implemented in https://coding-guidelines.arewesafetycriticalyet.org should be compared with what was defined in https://github.com/eclipse-score/score/issues/1208.
