[Contribution Request] Deterministic App Abstraction Layer (DAAL)

**Acceptance criteria:**
- [x] All contributions are announced 1 week prior to the workshop (deadline: 26th October 2025)
- [x] Contribution is made available as a PR to the [incubation repo](https://github.com/eclipse-score/inc_daal) (deadline: 3rd November 2025), including a summary of the contribution with the following information:
- High-level architecture of the implementation
- Relation to the goals defined in the feature request
- [x] Per contribution a 30 min pitch is held during the workshop (4th - 6th November 2025, MBTI Ulm)
- [ ] Consensus on contribution is reached by 5th December 2025 (fallback voting by TLs on 8th December 2025)
