Some Ids does not follow naming convention

### Description

Quick fix https://github.com/eclipse-score/process_description/pull/730 moved some process requirements from implementation to architecture, but naming of IDs did not change, still called ...imp..

gd_req__impl_diagram_check_id, gd_req__impl_diagram_linkage_id.

### Analysis results

gd_req__impl_diagram_check_id, gd_req__impl_diagram_linkage_id shall be updated to reflect, that these are architecture related process requirements

gd_req__arch_diagram_check_id, gd_req__arch_diagram_linkage_id
