PoC: Change Impact Report

### What

On requirements version change: provide list of linked work products
- not only the first link but all downstream linked work products (req, arch, safety analysis ...)
- have a possibility to change more than one requirement (on same level)
- also follow _backlinks (as depicted in https://eclipse-score.github.io/process_description/main/process_areas/change_management/guidance/change_management_reqs.html#gd_req__change_tool_impact_analysis)
- should also work cross-repository e.g. from a feat_req (in score) and comp_req (in module repo)
