There was an alpha release for 0.5 for S-CORE, check against release process

According to the process we have formal and experimental releases.
Examples:
- Experimental should be mentioned, but where is this stated in the release notes.
- Also, Known issues are integrated which cannot be tracked.
- There is also reference to the component release notes and known issues.
- Verification has no link to any kind of logs or that the tests were actually executed.

It makes sense to read the release notes prepared against the release notes templates.
There are most likely many things to improve.
