Revert copyright hack for Trustable

In order to enable another copyright information than the Eclipse license, we had to exclude the copyright check in the Trustable PR. This workaround need to be removed after successful implementation of the score ticket [#1218](https://github.com/eclipse-score/score/issues/1218)
