Improvement: Handling AI Guideline

### What

We need to have a discussion how we treat AI tool usage in order to _support_ development.
There is a general guideline within Eclipse, but it is not mentioned so far, it seems.

1d including all the lengthy discussions and political dimension this issue can have. Or shorter if we agree to a no.

Another ticket may be: Take ISO PAS 8800 towards ISO 26262 3rd edition into account.
