[feature logging] Feature Architecture completion

## What

Complete the Feature Architecture (`wp__feature_arch`) for the feature logging: formalize existing content with `document::` and `:realizes: wp__feature_arch`. The architecture covers static view (interfaces), dynamic view (sequences/states), and interface view.
