Description
Currently, the default values used in the Launch Manager configuration are documented in a location that is not well suited for this information. We should identify a more appropriate place and move this documentation accordingly.
Potential target locations include:
* High-level Lifecycle requirements.
* Detailed Lifecycle requirements.
* User documentation.
