mw::com: Support to associate a Skeleton with multiple InstanceIdentifiers

When offering a skeleton, it is associated to one specific instance identifier.
This epic is about allowing to offer a skeleton under multiple identifiers.

Motivation:
This allows different domains to use the same service under their respective logical name.
