Trustable Software Framework - Pilot for nlohmann/json

Currently, the JSON abstraction layer in https://github.com/eclipse-score/baselibs/tree/main/score/json lacks a qualified implementation for parsing and writing JSON.

This product increment addresses the initiative to align with the [Trustable Software Framework](https://eclipse-score.github.io/process_description/main/trustable/index.html), which has been selected as the method for qualifying software modules of open-source third-party libraries integrated into S-CORE (refer to issue eclipse-score/score#1101 for more details).
