Description
The LS has the option to return an incomplete result on Content Assist. This is annotated in the response type CompletionList via isInComplete=true.
The Content Assist Drop-Down-List should indicate that the server returned an incomplete result.
The proposal is to add a footer to the Drop-Down-List indicating that the result is incomplete.

Research direction
Start by tracing how the Content Assist Drop-Down-List consumes the server's CompletionList response and its isInComplete flag. Identify the relevant UI entry point and existing tests, then add a footer when the returned result is incomplete. Done means the footer appears only for incomplete results and normal results remain unchanged.
