bullet point list in preferences/properties grows to screen height

Description
Having a cleanup profile with many cleanups enabled leads to the preference dialog growing as high as the screen, because the bullet point list doesn't limit its size. Looks like this on my screen (shrinked to 25%):
Note the scrollbar of the bullet point list itself! The bullet point list should limit its size.
