Description

**Description**

While reporting another issue #605 , devs are having a hard time reproducing it and thus felt a need for easier and accurate issue.

**Solution**

Devs need access to

1. Installation summary

- all plugins installed
- version in use
- environment summary
- usage heuristics
- error reports if any

2. Concise info about the issue

- relevant screenshots
- title / description
- usage info i.e. what type of projects / tech in use etc.
- report issue button can be made available in the UI status bar next to tip of the day using an issue icon

3. Report issue directly from IDE

- reporter connects with GithHub OAuth from IDE
- Creates issue and selects appropriate check boxes to include relevant info describe in 1 and 2 ( by default they should be selected )

4. Help with Triage

- To help triage such issues, they should be auto marked with an unique label.

Research direction

The issue proposes installation summaries, issue details, a status-bar report button, GitHub OAuth, issue creation, and automatic labels within the Eclipse IDE. No files, tests, or entry points are named; the work is complete when these reporting and triage requirements are implemented and usable from the IDE.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
