Make the debug view actually useable: remove terminated threads, add filter for thread states

This is utterly unusable: I am unable to find that one thread that is suspended. Consider removing all terminated threads (those don't have any information anymore anyway?) and add a filter option for "Suspended" or even better "Debugging" which is a combination of Suspended or Stepping.
