Source folder not displayed in projects after upgrading from 4.40 to 4.41

I have a workspace created recently using Eclipse 4.40. After upgrading to 4.41 the "src" folder in my Java projects is no longer displayed in Package Explorer Can't see any relevant errors in log. Configuration details attached.

Note that while the workspace was created recently, the projects are older and were created in a earlier version. There is a mixture of local projects and projects imported from a git workspace. None show the src folder.
