Publish ecj-sources (org.eclipse.jdt.core.compiler.batch.source) in p2 repo

Publishing to Maven requires that the sources are attached. The publish to Maven process takes the p2 repo as input and looks for source bundle. It would be very helpful to get the source bundle org.eclipse.jdt.core.compiler.batch.source in p2 repo so further process to publish to Maven would work without oddity.
