Iceoryx Python Bindings

Iceoryx-bindings-python repository for Python language bindings has been discussed at https://github.com/eclipse-iceoryx/iceoryx/issues/230. But I've not found any progress on it. Can someone enlighten me on why hasn't there any movement in this area?
