Breakpoints do not appear until the next Sirius representation refresh

When adding a breakpoint to a model element using Sirius command during a model execution, the decoration does not appear until the next refresh of the representation.

However, the Breakpoints view is correctly updated

Start by reproducing the issue while adding a breakpoint through the Sirius command during model execution. Compare the breakpoint decoration with the Breakpoints view, then check when the Sirius representation refresh occurs. Done means the decoration appears immediately without requiring the next representation refresh.
