Work around for memory leak in MS testing framework

The MS testing framework given by MS and used in the interop tests has a memory
leak. The purpose of this task is to track this issue.

The workaround for this memory leak is to reset the IIS NT service.

1\. open cmd prompt
2\. type iisreset

When/if MS delivers an updated MS testing framework with a fix for the memory
leak, then this task can be closed.
