Optional import-package not wiring inside karaf bundle resolver. Issue with jersey-media-multipart

I have a issue with jersey-media-multipart:2.30.1 dependency. I am trying to registor MultiPartFeature.class in my jersey server. After I registor the feature my karaf bundle throwing activation error. Inside jersey-media-multipart bundle not able to find the class org.glassfish.jersey.server.spi.internal.ValueParamProvider. You can see the issue log below.
