Please update Team List and other outdated information

https://jersey.github.io/ is a bit outdated. I think now that we _publicly and really open_ restart the Jersey project, it would be a good thing to update some information:

* Team list - We should list all _current_ committers and project leads, nobody else. For contributors, we should replace the manual listing by an automated search on GitHub.
* Developer blogs - We should remove this listing as it lists only totally stale information.
* Contributions links - These still point to the _old_ GitHub repository, but should point to the _new GitHub repository ASAP.
* Possibly more.

If there is a possibility to provide at PR for the github.io page, please tell me how, then I will do that on my own. :-)
