Release notes do not include Jersey 2.15

In the "Previous releases" section of the release notes, there is no link to the Jersey 2.15 release notes. It seems it was there in Jersey 2.16 but is gone from 2.17 onwards.

A link to the Jersey 2.15 release notes should be added at least to the next version's release notes, and maybe to the pages for previous versions retroactively, at least on the jersey.java.net site.
