Change folder name 'jaxrs' with 'rest' in tutorials

- Currently, I am working on an Issue of JakartaEE's tutorial project. According to that issue I have to change all files or folders with name or containing artifact `jaxrs` with `rest`.
- For the same can I change the folder name of https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-examples/tree/main/tutorial/jaxrs with https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jakartaee-examples/tree/main/tutorial/rest.

Start by comparing the tutorial/jaxrs folder with the repository-wide references to the jaxrs artifact. Rename the tutorial folder and update every file or folder name containing jaxrs to rest, then verify that no intended references remain.
