possibility to disable certain features

# Feature Request

The gradle plugin provides some cool features, as well as mandatory ones that are needed to test the connector (as the `printClasspath` task), unfortunately there are some others that it would be cool to have the possibility to disable them in the adopter projects, because they are not needed or there are an alternate tool to be used (an example is checkstyle, that comes out of the box, but it could be not needed)
